The „Vilnius Pass" gives users a one-time discount at each partner place/service provider.
Vilnius Pass can be purchased before the arrival to Vilnius and will be activated at the first attraction. Vilnius Pass must be activated within 12 months of the date of purchase.
Vilnius Pass is a digital product and no redemption is necessary.
You will receive a coupon with a QR code. Vilnius Pass is activated by scanning its QR code at the first attraction. Depending on the type, it will be valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours. You’ll need to show the card (as a digital coupon on your mobile phone, in the mobile app*, or a physical card) each time you visit a site included on the „Vilnius Pass" list of attractions.
*If you purchased a „Vilnius Pass" online and want to use it in the mobile app, download the Vilnius Pass app and log in with the same account you used at the time of purchase.
Important: In order to use public transport, you’ll need to have a physical card. The physical card can be picked up at Vilnius Tourist Information Centres by presenting your digital coupon.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
