Head to Cathedral Square, the symbolic heart of Vilnius, surrounded by key national landmarks. The nearby Bell Tower offers one of the best-known views in the city and marks the starting point of many historic routes through Lithuania.
Cross the Mindaugas Bridge, named after Lithuania’s first and only king. From here, enjoy panoramic views of the Neris River and Vilnius’ modern skyline — a perfect photo stop along the route.
Cycle along the river and pass the iconic Vilnius Sports and Concert Hall, a striking example of Soviet modernist architecture from the 1970s, reflecting an important period of the city’s history.
Stop at Tuskulėnai Manor, a historic estate surrounded by a landscaped park. Nearby, the Tuskulėnai Columbarium is a memorial complex dedicated to victims of Soviet repression, offering a powerful and reflective stop on the route.
Take a break at Žirmūnai Beach, a popular local spot along the Neris River. In summer, locals gather here to relax, swim, and enjoy the riverside atmosphere.
Continue to Trinapolis Monastery, set among pine forests near the river. This peaceful 17th-century Baroque complex is known for its quiet surroundings and spiritual atmosphere.
Visit Vilnius Calvary, one of the most important pilgrimage sites in Vilnius. The historic Way of the Cross, with chapels and sacred hills, blends spiritual heritage with a scenic natural setting.
Stop at the Church of the Holy Christ in Vilnius Jerusalem, located in the historic Vilnius Jerusalem area. The church reflects the district’s long religious and cultural history and stands as a symbol of its heritage.
Finally, head to Verkiai Regional Park, one of the largest and most scenic green areas in Vilnius. Rolling hills, historic manor landscapes, and dense forests create a peaceful escape just minutes from the city center.
