• You must bring a valid passport and boarding pass
• For the lounges located in the restricted area of the departure level, you must have already checked-in for your onward flight and be in possession of a valid boarding pass. Please contact your respective airline if you require flight check-in and boarding pass information
• Your visit may be extended for an additional fee, payable on the day of your stay, subject to availability
• Infants below 2 years old enter free of charge. Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult
The Plaza Premium First Lounge is located at: International Departures, Contact Pier in KLIA Terminal 1, Level 2, near Gate G.
The lounge is located within the restricted area where passengers departing have cleared customs and passport control and for transit passengers who have cleared transit customs and security control. An onward flight boarding pass is required.

When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
