Kuala Lumpur: French Village & Genting Highlands Trip

Explore the French Village and Genting Highlands on a day trip from Kuala Lumpur. Visit the Japanese Garden, meet animals at the Rabbit Farm, and ride the Sky Awana Cable Car.
Begin your adventure with a pickup from your hotel lobby and head to the French Village. Enjoy a scenic drive through the rainforest mountains for about 1.5 hours. Upon arrival, your host will pay for your entrance tickets.

First, visit the Japanese Garden, where you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to Japan. Next, head to the French Village, where you’ll be surrounded by beautiful French architecture and breathtaking views. Snap some Instagram-worthy photos before visiting the rabbit farm, where you’ll encounter adorable animals.

After exploring the French Village, continue to the Genting Highlands. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you reach the Sky Awana Cable Car point, your host will provide you with express pass tickets for the cable car to reach the hilltop.

Enjoy a 20-minute cable car ride to the hilltop. On the way, stop at the Chin Swee Chinese Temple. If the weather is clear, you’ll be treated to panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur. Once you’ve explored the temple, use the same tickets to continue your journey to the hilltop.

At the top, discover a beautifully designed Las Vegas-style shopping center with theme parks. Enjoy the various theme parks before heading back to the bottom cable car station, where your host will be waiting to take you back to Kuala Lumpur.
