Ticket valid only for the selected visit date; one-time same-day entry only.
Open daily 10:00AM–6:00PM; closed every Wednesday except Malaysian public & school holidays.
Ticket tiers: Adult (13–59), Child (3–12), Senior (60+). Children below 3 enter free with a paying adult.
Valid ID (NRIC, MyKid, passport, visa, or I-Card) required for verification.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
No re-entry once you exit the venue.
Guests must follow all ride safety, queue, height, and weight requirements.
Proper swimwear required; clothing with zippers, buckles, or rivets is prohibited.
Some attractions may close during bad weather for safety reasons.
Dangerous items, glass objects, surfboards, body boards, and tubes are prohibited.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
