Pickup and drop-off are arranged from designated meeting points. If you are staying in a riad or accommodation inside the Medina, the nearest accessible meeting point will be provided, as some streets are not reachable by vehicle.
Pickup times vary by season and are confirmed shortly before departure: • Winter: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Summer: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
