Description

Embark on a captivating diving adventure in Cancun's National Park to explore the shipwrecks of either C-55 or C-58, both transformed into vibrant artificial reefs.
Discover the Shipwrecks of Cancun National Park, sunk in 2000 to aid local reefs. Explore one of the premier dive sites in the region, tailored for the most adept and seasoned divers. These wrecks, transformed into artificial reefs, once served as US Navy vessels employed as minesweepers during World War II. Deliberately sunk, they now stand as vibrant artificial reefs, contributing to the regeneration of marine life along the coast of Cancun, Mexico.

Depending on weather conditions, participants can choose between the C-55 or C-58 wrecks for the first dive, followed by a second dive in Punta Cancun Reef.

Dive among Punta Cancun’s sunken ships for a captivating glimpse into maritime history. Teeming with marine life and vibrant coral growth, these wrecks offer an unforgettable adventure for enthusiasts seeking both excitement and immersion in maritime heritage.

Encounter diverse marine life, including eels, rays, nurse sharks, and a variety of reef fish. Explore stunning dive sites like Punta Negra, La Harradura, Grampin, El Túnel, and San Toribio in the Punta Cancun area, offering extended bottom times and captivating coral swim-throughs.
