• If you choose the round-trip option the inclusions of wine, water, towelette, and rose, are only for the arrival
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of transportation. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used services
• Partial cancellation is not available for roundtrip transfers
• Infant car seats are the traveler’s responsibility; children must be seated in a size-appropriate safety restraint, per local law.
• Additional and oversized baggage such as surfboards, bicycles, etc. are subject to space availability and may incur an extra surcharge, which is payable to your driver at the time of service
• If you book the incorrect hotel zone, you are responsible to pay the difference in Cancun International Airport
• For Isla Mujeres Pier, the option does not include a ticket for the ferry
