The activity begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Palenque at 5:30 AM, heading to the community of Lacanjá Chansayab, located in the Lacandon Jungle. There's a stop for breakfast along the way before continuing the tour.
Upon arrival, a Lacandon tour guide will lead the hike along jungle trails, where you will visit the Lacanjá River, ideal for swimming and relaxing. You'll also visit an archaeological site surrounded by vegetation, and you'll have time to take photos during the activity.
At the end of the tour, you'll return to camp to enjoy lunch before starting your return trip to Palenque. Estimated arrival is around 8:00 PM.
