By order of the Mexican government it is mandatory to provide the following information for hot air balloon rides: name and surname, weight, and health conditions. In addition, we inform you that if your weight exceeds 100 kilos, each extra kilo will have an additional cost.
The maximum weight allowed per person in the balloon is 150kg.
Clients will be dropped off at the same meeting point, although they can stay at the Basilica if they wish and return when they wish on their own.
The duration of the flight may vary slightly depending on weather conditions.
The itinerary is subject to minor changes.
Meet your host at the Citibanamex located at the Angel de la Independencia (Av. P.º de la Reforma 31, Cuauhtémoc, 06500 Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico) at 5 am. Please note that, in exceptional cases due to weather conditions, we may meet you at the meeting point at 6 am.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
