By order of the Mexican government, it is mandatory to provide the following information for hot air balloon trips: first and last names, weight, and health conditions. In addition, we inform you that if your weight exceeds 100 kilos, each extra kilo will have an additional cost.
The maximum weight allowed per person in the balloon is 150 kg. The duration of the flight may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. The itinerary is subject to minor changes.
Please arrive at the Aerodiverti balloon port at 6:00 a.m. or 7:30 a.m. (depending on the option chosen) from October to March, and at 5:30 a.m. or 7:00 a.m. from April to September.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
