Tour guides in Hierve el Agua: Only members of the local community can guide visitors inside the natural park. Our outfitter cannot provide tour guides inside Hierve el Agua, but will assist you in exploring the site.
Cash Needed: Bring enough cash (Mexican pesos), as ATMs are scarce along the route.
Duration: The tour lasts over 10 hours and includes a stop for lunch at a buffet restaurant.
Entrance fees: Entrance fees to Hierve el Agua are set by the local community and may vary.

Meet the activity provider in his office, next to a café. Your tour guide will be waiting for you inside the office. Coffee and breakfast service will be offered 30 minutes before the departure of the tour.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
