It all starts at 6:00 PM when we pick you up directly from your accommodation in Puerto Escondido. Our air-conditioned vehicles, with trained drivers and traveler insurance, will take you comfortably for approximately one hour to the jetty in the community of Manialtepec, where the adventure comes to life.
Upon arrival, our certified tour guide will introduce you to the fascinating phenomenon of bioluminescence and give you safety instructions before boarding the boat.
With your life jackets on, our certified captain will take you into the Manialtepec Lagoon, where you can enjoy the flora, fauna, and a spectacular nighttime landscape bathed in moonlight.
Among the mangroves, the captain will find the point where the phenomenon is most visible, where the water comes alive with flashes of blue light. Here we'll make a special stop so you can observe it up close and even swim in its luminescent waters, in a safe, controlled, and truly unforgettable environment.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
