You must arrive at our location at least 30 minutes before the tour time for check-in. Late arrival may result in missing your tour slot, which is non-refundable.

If you’re coming by car, we strongly recommend starting your drive early, especially during the busy summer season, as traffic can be heavy and finding parking can be problematic. Late arrivals may miss the tour and lose their spot, as boats depart on time.
