The ferry ride to the island takes approximately 30 minutes one way.
The ferry ticket is valid for one round-trip on the booked date.
Pets are not allowed on the island.
Due to high daily visitor traffic, queues may form for attractions. To ensure enough time to enjoy the island, guests are advised to arrive before 11:00.
If the daily visitor limit is reached, ticket collection and boarding for that day will be closed.
