Day 2: Drive Kathmandu to Machha Khola (930m)
Day 3: Trek Machha Khola to Jagat (1,410m)
Day 4: Trek Jagat to Lokpa (2,240m)
Day 5: Trek Lokpa to Chumling (2,386m)
Day 6: Trek Chumling to Chhokang Paro (3,031m)
Day 7: Trek Chhokang Paro to Nile (3,361m)
Day 8: Day hike to Mu Gompa (3,700m) and return to Nile
Day 9: Trek Nile to Rachen Gompa (3,240m)
Day 10: Trek Rachen Gompa to Chumling
Day 11: Trek Chumling to Lokpa
Day 12: Trek Lokpa to Deng (1,804m)
Day 13: Trek Deng to Namrung (2,630m)
