Kathmandu: 7-Day Pokhara, Palpa, and Lumbini Tour

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, be greeted by a representative and assisted with your transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Drive to Pokhara and Evening Exploration

After breakfast, begin your scenic journey to Pokhara at around 8:00 AM. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way, reaching Pokhara by evening. After check-in and freshening up, take a leisurely walk along Lakeside Pokhara, soaking in the peaceful ambiance. If time allows, enjoy a boat ride on Fewa Lake and visit Tal Barahi Temple (Island Temple). Have dinner at a local restaurant and overnight stay at a hotel in Pokhara.

Day 3: Sunrise at Sarangkot and Sightseeing – Drive to Palpa

Early morning at 4:30 AM, head to Sarangkot to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. After enjoying the panoramic mountain views, return to the hotel for breakfast and check out. Begin the day's sightseeing with visits to Phumdikot, World Peace Stupa, Devi’s Falls, and Gupteshwor Cave. After exploring Pokhara, embark on a scenic drive to Palpa. Overnight stay at a hotel in Palpa.

Day 4: Palpa and Lumbini Exploration

After breakfast, visit the historic Rani Mahal, also known as the "Taj Mahal of Nepal." Later, drive to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful walk around Lumbini Garden, experiencing the spiritual serenity of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight stay at a hotel in Lumbini.

Day 5: Lumbini to Kathmandu via Shashwat Dham

Spend the morning exploring Lumbini’s sacred sites, including Maya Devi Temple, Ashoka Pillar, and various monastic zones, until around 12:00 – 1:00 PM. Then, begin the journey back to Kathmandu, stopping at the magnificent Shashwat Dham along the way. Expect to reach Kathmandu around 9:00 PM. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 6: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing

Visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Boudhanath Stupa, Basantapur Durbar Square, and the famous ancient Asan market for shopping. Return to your hotel for the night.

Day 7: Departure

Enjoy a relaxed morning in Kathmandu. Depending on your flight schedule, explore the city at your leisure or do some last-minute shopping. Be assisted with your transfer to the airport for your departure.
