ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m/4,593ft)

Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to the hotel, and rest.
Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing and Trek Preparation

Explore Kathmandu's cultural and historical sites.
Trek briefing and equipment check.
Day 3: Flight to Lukla (2,860m/9,383ft) and Trek to Phakding (2,610m/8,563ft)

Scenic flight to Lukla.
Trek to Phakding along the Dudh Kosi River.
Day 4: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,286ft)

Trek through pine forests, crossing suspension bridges.
Ascend to Namche Bazaar, a bustling Sherpa town.
Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Acclimate to the altitude.
Hike to Everest View Hotel for panoramic views.
Day 6: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m/12,694ft)

Trek through rhododendron forests.
Visit the Tengboche Monastery with stunning mountain views.
Day 7: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360m/14,304ft)

Descend to Debuche and cross the Imja River.
Climb to Dingboche with beautiful views of Ama Dablam.
Day 8: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Optional hike to Nagarjun Hill for better acclimatization.

Trek back through Tengboche and Namche Bazaar.
Day 13: Namche Bazaar to Lukla

Descend to Lukla, completing the trek.

Day 14: Fly to Kathmandu

Take a scenic flight back to Kathmandu.
