Description

Watch the sunrise over the Himalayas on a tour from Kathmandu. Enjoy the stunning views of the Annapurnas, Manaslu, and Mount Everest, and see the Tibetan-bordering region of Langtang.
Get picked up from your hotel in Kathmandu and head towards the east of Nepal. After a 28 km journey, arrive in Nagarkot, a small village in the Bhaktapur District, located over 2000 m above sea level.

Enjoy views over what is considered to be one of the area's most picturesque locations. Nagarkot is stunning at any time of day, but seeing the rural valley with its Himalayan mountain backdrop in the light of a spectacular sunrise is a magical image that you'll remember for the rest of your life.

As the sun's rays begin to illuminate Nepal, the tallest peaks of the Himalayan mountain range will become visible. See Annapurnas, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Dorje Lakpa and of course Mount Everest, the world's highest mountain, at 29,029 feet, or 8848 meters, tall. In the valley, also be able to make out the Tibetan-bordering region of Langtang and the area's vast green rice terraces.

After 4 hours together, return back to Katmandu.
