This 8-day trek in the Annapurna region combines the highlights of the Poonhill Trek, Australian Camp/Dhampus Hike, and a section of the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. This scenic journey offers a perfect blend of diverse landscapes, rich cultural encounters, and breathtaking Himalayan views. The main highlights include Kokhe Danda (3,303m), Poonhill Viewpoint (3,210m), Chhomrung Village (2,100m), natural hot springs at Jhinu Danda (1,750m), Landruk Village (1,530m), and Australian Base Camp (2,040m).
From these vantage points, trekkers can enjoy stunning panoramas of the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna mountain ranges, along with lush green hills, dense forests, radiant sunrises and sunsets, flowing rivers, and cascading waterfalls. The route also offers glimpses into the daily lives and vibrant culture of local communities. It is one of the most popular and easiest treks in the Annapurna region, ideal for families with children and senior travelers who have little or no experience with high-altitude or long-distance trekking.
Trekking Itinerary
Day 1: Pokhara To Ulleri 2060m|2:30 hrs|54km Drive and 3.1 km Trek
Begin your journey in Pokhara and drive to Hille. Trek through rice terraces to Tikhedhunga, where we have lunch, then climb uphill to Ulleri. Spend the night in Ulleri|2060m.
Day 2: Ulleri to Khokhe Danda 3303m| Trek|9 km
Ascend through oak and rhododendron forests to Khoke Danda. Enjoy sunrise and sunset views from the top of the hill at Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. Spend the night in Khoke Danda (3303m).
Day 3: Khoke Danda to Daurali 3040m|Trek|9 km
Hike to Poonhill with panoramic Himalayan views. And descend to Gharepani, where we stop for lunch, and then trek along forested ridges to Deurali. Spend the night in Deurali|3040m.
Day 4: Daurali to Chuile 2180m|Trek|7.5km
Descend to Tadapani (2640m), where we stop for tea, then continue downhill to Chuile. Spend the night in Chuile.
Day 5: Chuile to Jhinu 1740m|Trek|8 km
Walk through villages, terraced farms, and mixed forests, reaching the picturesque Gurung village and Chhomrung. Descend to Hotspring and spend the night in Jhinu Danda.
Day 6: Jhinu Danda to Landruk 1530m| Trek|6 km
We cross the longest suspension bridge and descend to New Bridge, then cross the Modi Khola River. Following the river trail, we continue onward to Landruk, where we spend the night.
Day 7: Landruk to Australian Camp 2040m|Trek|10 km
Trek through beautiful forests and villages to reach the peaceful Australian Camp, offering grand Himalayan views. Spend the night in Australian Camp.
Day 8: Australian Camp to Pokhara 820m| Trek,9 km| Drive 40min
Enjoy a sunrise breakfast and descend via Dhampus to Phedi. Drive back to Pokhara.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
