Description

Laughing is the celebration of good and laughing is new therapeutic experimentation included with adventure activity. Nepal Spiritual laughing Trekking program is designed for stronger body and the stronger Soul.
Laughing Trekking is new idea for the celebration of good because "Laughing is the smile of the World". Laughing is the way of eliminating toxins from the body. Laughing is what makes life fun." If there was no laughing, human life would have been much boring.

Clinical research on Laughter conducted in a university in the United States has scientifically proven that Laughter lowers the level of stress hormones (epinephrine, cortical, etc) in the blood. It fosters a positive and hopeful attitude. It is less likely for a person to succumb to stress and feelings of depression and helplessness, if one is able to laugh away the troubles. It is sweeping the world and is a complete wellbeing workout.

Relying on humor, Jokes or Comedy we make you laugh in the mountains. In the laughter Trekking program we arrange guides and staffs who can make you laugh in your natural state. They will tell you refreshing jokes whenever you feel you like to laugh. When you take rest after few minute walk, then there starts group laughing to freshen you which will you help to be new. This trekking mostly we organize for group and you will be physiological and psychological benefitted. We will make you refreshed curing from tensions, anxieties ad worries by the unconditional laughter. Laughing without a reason is spiritual; it is an expression of one's hidden sources of energy

Our Laughing Trekking is the tribute to the Laughing Buddha (also known as Hotel in Japan or Pu-Tai in China) an actual wandering Chinese monk who lived at the time of the Liang Dynasty (907-923 AD). He is incorporated in Buddhist, Taoist and Shinto traditions. He is most often depicted with a large round tummy, laughing or smiling. He also sometimes carries a cloth sack which never empties. In this bag are sweets for children, food, precious items, rice plants etc. He is like a patron for the weak, poor and children and as well as giving it seems he takes away our woes and sadness. He symbolizes good luck, contentment and abundance. He also sometimes carries a wishing fan, granting people wishes.
