During the months of March to October, the tour will be carried out on open boats to allow you to fully immerse in the beauty of Amsterdam's waterways; however, should there be heavy rain or unexpected chilly temperatures, the boats will be equipped with covers to shield you from any discomfort
During winter, from November to February, the tour will use closed boats
During peak season when Amsterdam is bustling with visitors, departure times might experience slight delays due to the traffic on the canals
Kindly find someone wearing a blue shirt with the word "Starboard" on it. They will assist you in boarding your boat. Please keep in mind that late guests will not be waited for. No refunds are available for late guests.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
