We are not allowed to sell or distribute marijuana or tobacco. In case you want to smoke on board, you have to bring your own. There are many (coffee) shops near out starting location.
Music is not allowed on the canals
This tour will take place rain or shine
Depending on weather conditions the boat can be covered or open
Find the local partner and your skipper at the meeting point. The local staff will be dressed in blue. Please show your voucher to your host at the start of the tour.
Please keep in mind that late guests will not be waited for. No refunds are available for late guests.
Be aware that there are other companies departing from the same location. They are all aware of the local operator and will ask you to wait patiently until your boat arrives.
On busy days there may be some delays due to traffic.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
