Pick-up and drop-off locations are within Munich city center, at your hotel or a designated central point.
When booking, please choose the right vehicle based on passengers and luggage to ensure comfort:
7-seat vehicle: max 6 adults; with full passengers, trunk fits 2 luggage pieces up to 24 inches each. Each fewer passenger adds space for 1 extra luggage.
9-seat vehicle: max 8 adults; with full passengers, trunk fits 3 luggage pieces up to 26 inches each. Each fewer passenger adds space for 1 extra luggage.
Provide accurate passenger and luggage info when booking to avoid inconvenience.

- Additional driver-guide accompaniment fees if you want the guide to join you inside attractions
- Overtime fee: €50/hour for exceeding the 10-hour tour (charged in full hours if over 15 minutes), payable directly to the driver-guide
- Extra mileage fee: €1.20 per km for distances over 300 km
- Gratuities: €4 per person per day

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
