Begin your adventure early in the morning with a 6:30 AM departure from Tirana. Travel comfortably in an air-conditioned tour van through the scenic Shkumbin Valley, following the route of the ancient Via Egnatia, a historic Roman road that once connected the Adriatic Sea to Byzantium.

Upon arrival in Ohrid, known in antiquity as Lychnidus — “The City of Light” — embark on a guided walking tour of the UNESCO-listed old town. Stroll through narrow cobblestone streets lined with traditional Balkan houses, visit the Ancient Theatre and the Upper Gate, and enjoy panoramic views over Lake Ohrid.

In the afternoon, continue to Struga, a charming lakeside town where the Black Drin River flows out of Lake Ohrid. Take a relaxing stroll along the riverside promenade, grab a coffee, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. After a short break, board the van for your return journey to Albania, arriving back in Tirana around 8:30–9:00 PM, filled with memories of North Macedonia’s timeless beauty.
