Start your journey at Altitude with a breathtaking 25-meters above the forest floor, where you'll find yourself navigating 25 suspension bridges in true Indiana Jones style. Led by your highly skilled guide, your safety and comfort are the top priorities as you make your way around the 650-meter loop, suspended among the treetops.
When you've completed Altitude, you then have access to Redwoods Treewalk Experience. Visit during the day for nature! Appreciate the peacefulness and spirit of this special forest. Walk up high among the 120-year-old giant Redwood trees.
Learn about the forest’s history, the people (iwi), and the land (whenua). Night transforms the same walk into a magical wonderland! Thirty-four David Trubridge lanterns and multiple infinite colour ground lights illuminate the forest, giving it an outer-worldly feel.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Please note you are booking a time to participate in the Altitude Experience. Your ticket is valid for the Day/Night Treewalk Experience 3 days either side of your Altitude booking and can be redeemed upon arrival to the site
• For the altitude tour, participants should be tall enough to reach 180 cm at the crease of their wrist on the measuring chart on site. Youths aged 13 to 15-years can participate without adult supervision, but a guardian must complete the disclaimer on their behalf. Children aged 10-12 years must be actively supervised by a responsible person 16-years and older. Must be in good health, without high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, dizziness or other conditions that may be aggravated by the adventure. Long hair and loose items must be secured. All participants must be able to understand and follow instructions
• All participants to wear appropriate clothing for weather i.e. rain jacket for wet days, warm jacket for cold days
For Altitude, please check-in at the Redwoods Altitude hanger (far corner of the main car park - Altitude check-in is not located at the Treewalk) and arrive 15-minutes prior to your booked tour time.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
