Day 1: Journey to the Highlands & Waterfall Exploration

Depart early from Kampala or Entebbe and travel east through lush countryside, passing vibrant towns and plantations. Enjoy views of Mabira Forest, sugarcane and tea plantations, and local markets and roadside life.

Arrive in the foothills of Mount Elgon, where the climate cools and the scenery transforms. Set out on a guided hike to explore the famous three waterfalls of Sipi. Trek through villages and farms, visit all 3 waterfalls (with the main fall at ~100m high), and take in stunning views of the Karamoja plains.

Day 2: Coffee Experience & Return

Wake up to misty mountain views and enjoy breakfast before a hands-on coffee experience. Visit local farms, learn how coffee is grown, harvested, and processed, roast and grind your own coffee, and taste fresh, organic Arabica coffee.

Begin your journey back with a lunch stop en route, arriving in the evening.
