• Wearing a mask is not mandatory but highly recommended
• Due to ongoing COVID-19 virus preventative measures, some indoor enclosures and the petting zoo remain closed until further notice
• Feeding shows and events are canceled until further notice
• The following animal houses remain open: Giraffe Park, Polarium, Aquarium and Terrarium House, Rainforest House, Koala House, Insectarium, Monkey House, ORANG.erie, Elephant House, and Giant Panda House
• Animals are in their outdoor enclosures
• Please follow the one-way signs
• Ladder trolley is available
• Restaurants, cafés, snack kiosks, and playgrounds remain open
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
A FFP2 mask (for participants over 14 years old) or a mouth-nose protector (for participants from 6-13 years old) must be worn in all indoor areas. We also recommend wearing a mask outdoors if a safe distance cannot be maintained

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
