I'm Harald – a Tyrolean mountain hiking guide, nature lover, and passionate hobby chef.
In this workshop, I invite you to truly experience a piece of Tyrol: honest, down-to-earth, and with pleasure.
We'll kick things off with a little welcome shot or a soft drink. Then we chop, season, and shape (turn) dumplings together – just like we've been cooking them for generations. Step by step, I'll show you what's important and tell you stories from the mountains and Tyrolean cuisine.
As a sweet ending, we'll prepare a typical dessert that varies depending on the season – sometimes fruity, sometimes warm and fragrant.
When we eat together, we enjoy our homemade delicacies and the good feeling of having created something real.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
