Book a ticket for the train journey from Vienna Airport to the city center with the City Airport Train. Upon arrival at Vienna Airport, follow the green CAT signs to the platform of the GAT-City Airport Train. With the modern double-decker trains, you can reach the Wien Mitte-Landstraße station in just 16 minutes, with a direct connection to the Vienna subway.

The CAT station Wien-Mitte is at the centrally located underground station Landstraße (U3/04). Vienna's city center and many hotels can be easily reached on foot from here.
During the short journey on the City Airport Train, you can sit back and relax. The jet ambiance and the comfortable seats in the double-decker carriages of the City Airport Train ensure relaxation. With the equally interesting and entertaining program that the information screens offer you, the short transfer time will fly by.

On the day of your departure, the CAT City Check-In gives you the opportunity to check in your luggage in Wien-Mitte and spend the rest of the time in the city without carrying any suitcase around. In the CAT foyer, you will find 30 lockers for the safe storage of your hand luggage. City Check-In is offered by selected airlines.
The City Air Terminal in the city center offers you all the services of an international airport terminal. Baggage can be checked in at the self-service check-in machines where you will receive your boarding pass. Once at the airport, you can go directly to the gate. The City Check-In is a service specifically for CAT customers and can only be used upon the presentation of a valid CAT ticket.
