You'll start at a small-batch coffee roastery near Kampala, where a local roaster walks you through Uganda's coffee story, from bean to cup. Next, visit a family-run distillery producing tonto and waragi, two drinks central to Buganda tradition, with a guided tasting explaining their cultural significance.
From there, your guide leads you into Nakasero Market, Kampala's oldest and busiest produce market. Weave through stalls of tropical fruit, spices, and street vendors, sampling snacks like rolex, muchomo, and roasted groundnuts as you go.
The day wraps up on a rooftop terrace as the sun sets over Kampala's hills, with a final drink included, giving you time to reflect on everything you've tasted and seen.
