Kindly note, the tour will take up to 3 hours. There will be small sitting (when dry) and restroom breaks. In the case of city events or extreme weather, the route might slightly change, and the tour might last a bit longer or shorter. It is possible to take photos, but to finish the tour in-time, it is important to keep a steady pace. :)
The starting point is at Oude Binnenweg 137, in front of the Swan giftshop, next to the big black Santa Claus statue.
You can recognize the guide by looking for the YELLOW Rottourdam umbrella.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the starting time. If you are running late, please let the guide know. The guide can wait a maximum of 5 minutes after the official starting time. After, the tour leaves.
Tickets for public transport
It is good to know you can use your debit/credit card to travel by public transport, as long as it has contactless payment. This works for train, bus, tram, and metro.
From central station:
Tram 4 towards: Heemraadsplein
Tram 6 towards: Heemraadsingel
From the Cruise Terminal
Tram 5 (Toward Rotterdam Centraal) get of at stop ‘Kruisplein‘. From there it is a 5-minte walk to Oude Binnenweg 137.
Tram 3 (toward Central Station) and get off at station/stop Beurs. From here, it is a 10-minute walk.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
