To buy a ticket to Machu Picchu, you'll need to provide the following information: full name, passport number, date of birth, and nationality. Send this info right away, or your tour could get canceled.
Tickets are non-transferable and are only valid for the person taking the tour with the details used in the booking.
The tour start times are for reference only. Train and Machu Picchu entry times will be adjusted according to availability at the time of booking. You can enter the citadel in shifts from 6 am to 2 pm, with a maximum stay of 4 hours.

The tour follows a defined route and may vary due to maintenance or instructions from the park rangers.

Two circuits are offered: Circuit 2 (traditional, with the classic photo of Machu Picchu) and Circuit 3 (La Realeza) if 2 is not available.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
