This sport is carried out in the Mayo River, where we have category I, II and III rapids. Our hikers will be equipped with life jackets, helmets and paddles.
The section of the route is between the towns of Churuyacu and Maceda, we will travel 8 km downstream.
On a calm part of the river, the guide will indicate the appropriate time when those who wish can get out of the boat to float and relax in its waters. Finally we will take a refreshing bath.

Optional: Canopy S/55: this activity consists of sliding from one tree to another held by a harness and other safety equipment, you can travel 250 meters above the magical nature.

Food: none

Day 2
The Carpishuyacu waterfall is one of the most beautiful and exotic waterfalls in the entire Tarapoto area. It is made up of two waterfalls that descend in a staggered manner to a bend where the current stagnates and forms a natural pool of intense green color. The pool has a depth of six meters in the deepest part so it is necessary to know how to swim to enter it. To get to the waterfall it takes an incredible 45 minutes of walking and in the last part there are also some outdoor thermal baths that allow you to relax and rest before resuming the trip. It should be noted that the path along which the walk takes place is a bit complicated. In some sections you have to overcome some slopes with stairs and cross a river in a small raft. In those parts it is advisable to go with caution but the rest will not be difficult and if you are in reasonable physical condition, a visit to Carpishuyacu is highly recommended.

Day 3
The town of Lamas is located 30 min. From Tarapoto. This city is known for its immense cultural value. It is divided into 2 sectors; The Wayku neighborhood in the lower part where we find the native Quechua speakers and they are characterized by preserving and conserving their ancient customs. In the lower part we find the mestizos.
