Day 1: The journey starts with a reception at the airport or bus station, followed by a transfer to Filadelfia community and a boat ride to the hotel. Guests are welcomed with juice and briefed on hotel policies before settling into their rooms. After lunch and rest, there's a two-hour walk in the tropical forest to see wildlife and ancient trees. The day ends with a nighttime boat excursion along the Tambopata River to observe nocturnal animals and stargaze.

Day 2: The day begins early with a boat ride to a macaw and parrot clay lick, Chuncho, for birdwatching and breakfast. The morning continues with wildlife exploration in the Tambopata River branches. In the afternoon, guests return to the city and visit Lake Yacumama for its scenic beauty, birdlife, and piranha fishing. The day concludes with a return to the hotel.

Day 3: An early boat trip to Sandoval Lake within the Tambopata National Reserve offers a chance to witness diverse wildlife. This is followed by a cultural visit to a Matsigenka native family to learn about their traditions. The evening includes a nocturnal wildlife walk in the jungle before returning to the hotel for dinner and rest.

Day 4 (Optional): After breakfast, guests explore a canopy walkway among giant trees, observing the forest's fauna and flora. The tour concludes with a return to the city for luggage collection and transfers to the airport or bus station.
