Description

Immerse yourself in the center of mythological Lake Titicaca and the islands of Uros and Taquile
You will be picked up from the lobby of your accommodation before 6:55 PM.
First, when we get on the boat, we'll hear a group of native musicians. After listening to a few songs, we'll set off for the Uros Islands, where we'll visit a family island. There, we'll learn about their customs and traditions, and we'll have the pleasure of dressing like the people of the Uros Islands. We'll also visit the capital of this community, where you can also try the local bread. After that, we will venture into the center of Lake Titicaca and there we will make a payment to the Mamacocha so that she will welcome us and allow us to enter the wonderful lake with peace of mind. Then we will go to Taquile Island, where you will see the ecological village, also known for its fine textile crafts, and its beautiful landscapes. On the hike, we will see the country of Bolivia through binoculars, and finally we will return to Puno.
