The lunch features a variety of traditional Salento specialties, prepared with local ingredients, most of which come directly from our own vegetable garden. Depending on the day, you may enjoy dishes such as traditional Salento pittule, pitta di patate, potato croquettes, meatballs in tomato sauce or fried meatballs, fava beans with wild chicory, parmigiana, ciceri e tria, or fresh homemade pasta with “pomodorini scattariciati” and cacio ricotta. Depending on the availability of fresh ingredients each day, other typical local specialties may also be served.
The menu is not fixed and may change from day to day, following the seasonality and the fresh products available that day. This allows you to discover different flavors of traditional Salento cuisine.
The experience also includes a glass of wine or Prosecco, selected from local Salento vineyards.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
