Peruvian cuisine is one of the most varied and praised in the world. It has even won several awards, including 'Best Culinary Destination in the World' at the World Travel Awards from 2011 to 2015.
We start with the pick up from the hotel in Cusco to then be transferred to our facilities where all the preparation instructions will be given.
Then we will visit the market of San Pedro (the largest and most famous market in Cusco) to buy all the ingredients of local preparation and where we will also have a guided tour.
We will return to the facilities to begin the preparation of the typical dishes of the region.
After the preparation we will move on to the 4 times tasting. after tasting the dishes you will be transferred to your accommodation.
Dishes to be prepared:
First time: Starter.
Second time: Main course.
Third time: Dessert
Fourth time: Preparation of Pisco Sour or its variants.
