The first Oldest Civilization in America is located about 200 km north of Lima. Where, we will know the beginnings of the development of Peru about 5000 years ago.

Headquarters of the first Andean civilization that forged the foundations of its own unique social organization, which along with Mesopotamia, Egypt, India, China and Mesoamerica are the original centers of culture in the world.

It is made up of 32 monumental buildings, comprised in a complex system of settlements that show a strong religious ideology, among which are ceremonial buildings, residential sectors for people of different social rank, a set of smaller temples and workshops for production.

We will also observe the place where offerings were made to the gods, as well as their ceremonies, rituals, festivities, agriculture, fishing and, most importantly, we will learn the importance of the quipus (accounting system).

After finishing the visit of Caral we will have lunch and then return to Lima.
