In detail
Between 6:15 and 6:45, we'll pick you up from your center in Arequipa for a 2-hour trip to Pillones Waterfall. En route, we'll stop at Pampa de Arrieros and the National Reserve to spot vicuñas. In Patahuasi, we'll enjoy traditional Mate de Coca. Upon reaching the waterfall, after about an hour, descend for 20 minutes to marvel at the cascades and unique rock formations. Then, head to the Imata Stone Forest for a 40-minute exploration. Lunch follows (at your own expense). The return trip begins around 4:30 p.m., dropping you off near the Plaza Mayor.
