Description
If you are visiting the city for the first time, this tour will allow you to explore the beauty of the streets and squares of central Arequipa.
We will meet in the main square of Arequipa. We will begin our guided tour walking through the main square, admiring its iconic arches and portals. Then, we will visit the Company's cloisters, known for their impressive architecture. We will continue our walk towards the Bolognesi Bridge, from where we can enjoy views of volcanoes such as Misti and the beautiful Chili River. We will walk to Mundo Alpaca, where the old breeding farm for camelids such as llamas, alpacas, suris and vicuñas is located. You will also have the option of purchasing fabrics made from these fibers. Afterwards, we will explore the San Lázaro neighborhood, the first town where the White City was founded. We will conclude our tour in the center of the city, very close to the Monastery of Santa Catalina or the Juanita Mummy Museum. We will do the entire journey on foot, marveling at the landscapes that surround us.
