Cajamarca: Namora Valley Tour + Guitar Workshop & San Nicolas Lagoon In English

Pick up from the lodge and transfer to the "Paseo de los Incas", an avenue where we will find the beautifully designed sculptures of the 14 Incas who ruled the Inca Empire.
Then we head out of town to visit the Bosque de Piedras de Sapitos, intriguing rock formations in the shape of toads and bulls, it is also an attractive natural site of the province with images everywhere of what was the Inca period.
Then we go to the picturesque town of Namora, a dream town with beautiful countryside, where besides making the best guitars in Peru, it has natural, cultural and historical tourist attractions.
In Namora live dozens of specialists in the manufacture of guitars and charangos, masters who have dedicated their lives to the development of the main musical instrument of Cajamarca, so we can not say goodbye to the town without first entering a guitar workshop, the best in Peru, where we will learn about the manufacturing process of these precious musical instruments.
Our last stop is the San Nicolas Lagoon, the largest in Cajamarca, with native wildlife such as ducks, where fishing and canoeing are practiced, free time to paddle, ride on reed boats and visit the floating island "El Aventurero". Lunch (at the passenger's expense). Return to Cajamarca. The tour ends at the Plaza e Armas.
