Once you have made a reservation for "Aguas Calientes: Machu Picchu Ticket, Bus, and Guided Tour," please be advised that this product cannot be canceled or refunded due to the restrictions on Machu Picchu entrance tickets.
The Machu Picchu entrance tickets, which are included in this product, are subject to a non-refundable policy as they are issued by the relevant authorities. This means that once the tickets have been obtained, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed.

One day before your trip, at 7:00 pm, you will have a pre-meeting with your guide at the hotel, either in Cusco or Machu Picchu Pueblo, to coordinate the meeting point and carry out the respective private tour to Machu Picchu.
We will need you to provide us with the name of the hotel in Cusco or Machu Picchu Pueblo, or the schedule of your train trip to Machu Picchu. This will allow our guide to wait for you at the meeting points according to our itinerary.
