To purchase the entrance ticket to Machu Picchu, it is necessary to provide the following information: full name, passport number, date of birth and nationality. This information must be sent immediately, as failure to provide it may result in the cancellation of the tour.
Tickets are not transferable and are only valid for the person who takes the tour with the data used in the reservation.
The tour start times are for reference only. Train schedules and entry to Machu Picchu will be adjusted according to availability at the time of booking. The entrance to the citadel is by shifts from 6 am to 2 pm, with a maximum stay of 4 hours.
The tour follows a delimited circuit and may vary due to maintenance tasks or indications from the park rangers.
Two circuits are offered: Circuit 2 (traditional, with the classic Machu Picchu photo) and Circuit 3 (La Realeza) if Circuit 2 is not available.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
