Mystic Cusco: Huasao, Valley of the Goblins and Morada

Walk through the mystical places, marvel at the imposing sculptures carved in living rock, climb the chincanas to meet the various goblins and explore the sculptures inspired by the Lord of the Rings.

We will begin this excursion with hotel pick-up (near or within the historic center) at 9:50 am. The first destination will be the Abode of the Gods in the village of Sencca, where we will observe huge sculptures carved in limestone, including the puma, the three-dimensional door, the protective Apu or God Wiracocha, the Pachamama, among others.

Then, we will go to the Valley of the Goblins in the district of San Sebastian, where we will find stone carvings related to the Andean culture and, along the way, we can see several goblins hidden among the rocks or chinkanas.

Continuing the tour, we will arrive at the Huasao District to visit the Huasao Wetland, a natural environment where we will see impressive action figures carved in wood, such as “Groot, Baby Groot, Ents” and other striking figures. This place is home to several species of birds, such as wild ducks.

Our last destination will be the Forest of the Ents, a natural and ecological space with sculptures inspired by the Lord of the Rings, made of roots and logs. Among them are Barbol, Ungoliant, the house of the Hobbits, Balin, Fimbrethil, and other characters.

Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco, arriving at approximately 6:30 pm.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
