Carabantes created the Tacama vineyard, in the oasis of Ica, which is the oldest in Peru. The vineyard has a total area of 180 hectares and is located in the Ica Valley, a fertile oasis surrounded by deserts 300 km from Lima and 400 meters above sea level.
