Full exploration of the Amazon rainforest from Iquitos. Interaction with Yagua and Kukama to learn about traditions. From canoes to piranha fishing, diverse flora and fauna experiences.
DAY 01: IQUITOS – CAPINURÍ LODGE
Pick up at the coordinated point
NANAY.
As a first stop during our navigation we will stop to appreciate the union of the Amazon and Nanay rivers and see the change in the color of the waters.
CAPINURI LODGE. We will arrive at the lodge where there will be a short explanation about the rules that govern the sustainability of the lodge and its surroundings, allowing you to better understand the ways to make your stay more rewarding.

DAY 02: SANTA MARIA

DAY 03 : YANAYACU RESERVE
BREAKFAST
SECONDARY JUNGLE WALK. Walk in the jungle for approximately 1 hour and a half, going deeper and heading towards the Yahua Cocha lagoon. On the way we will be able to see different species of monkeys in the trees around us.
VISIT TO THE GIANT TREE Our objective is to reach the giant tree where we can ask Mother Nature for our wish under the feet of the Lupuna tree. Where we will hug the tree and also where nature will transmit pure energy to us and we will come out renewed.
We can also swing on the beautiful vines that come down from the giant tree and have a little fun before returning to the Lodge
CANOE EXPLORATION We will explore by canoe, enjoying the landscape and observing birds such as herons, tibes, among others. In Yahua cocha we can try our luck fishing, if you wish. Here we can find Acarahuazu (Oscar fish), Fasaco (Common trahira), Tucunare (Peacock cichlid), among others.
LUNCH
At an appropriate time, we will take our boat to go to Iquitos
Arrival in Nanay and transfers to the city center

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
