Description

Embark on a unique adventure from Cusco to Puno, where you can explore the Church of San Pedro and the Temple of Wiracocha. Enjoy the fascinating floating islands of Uros and Taquile Island.
**Day 1: Travel from Cusco to Puno
- 06:00 AM: Departure by tourist bus from Cusco.
- 08:00 AM: Stop in Andahuaylillas to visit the Church of San Pedro Apostle, known as the “Sistine Chapel of America”.
- 10:00 AM: Visit to the Temple of Wiracocha in Raqchi, an ancient Inca construction.
- 12:00 PM: Lunch in Sicuani.
- 02:00 PM: Stop at La Raya, the highest point of the trek (4,335 masl), with impressive views of the Andes.
- 04:00 PM: Visit to the Pukara Museum, famous for its pre-Inca sculptures and ceramics.
- 05:30 PM: Arrival in Puno.
Day 2: Lake Titicaca - Floating Islands of Uros and Taquile**.
- 07:00 AM: Transfer to the port and embarkation to the Uros Floating Islands.
- 08:00 AM: Visit to the islands, where you will be able to interact with the local families that inhabit these islands built of totora reeds.
- 10:00 AM: Navigation to Taquile Island.
- 11:30 AM: Arrival to Taquile, followed by a hike to the top of the island to enjoy panoramic views and learn about the local culture.
- 01:00 PM: Traditional lunch on the island.
- 02:30 PM: Free time to explore and enjoy local handicrafts.
- 04:00 PM: Return to Puno.
- 05:30 PM: Arrival in Puno and transfer to the hotel.
