The tour is not wheelchair accessible, not stroller accessible, not suitable for pets, and is not recommended for pregnant travellers or people with heart conditions. The tour includes transportation with a driver only on the way to and from Krakow, while sightseeing in the Salt Mine is conducted with a local guide. The regular Salt Mine tour requires extensive walking and climbing stairs. After the tour, visitors return to the surface by a mining elevator; the lift is not available for the initial descent. The temperature in the mine is between 14°C and 16°C, so warm clothing is recommended even in summer, along with comfortable walking shoes. The maximum allowed size of backpacks or handbags is 35 x 20 x 20 cm. The tour is not recommended for guests with mobility limitations, and a special accessible route is not provided. The Schindler Story tour takes place entirely outdoors and operates in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.
