If customer is over 290 pounds when the weight and balance is completed at check in they will not be able to fly with us. FAA regulations require all passengers to be weighed prior to their flight. If the passenger is over the 290 lb weight limit they will not be able to fly due to safety reasons and no refund will be issued.

Please meet at Caribbean Helicopters. We will be waiting for you in the parking lot next to the Yellow Hanger.

If you plan on taking an UBER to our location, please set the drop-off location to "Pan American Pier” It will not pull up on the first search page, once typing it in please scroll to the bottom and select "Search for Pan American Pier."
You will be dropped off just across the street from us. Again, we will meet you in the parking lot next to the yellow hanger on the left side of the road.
We are located at the Isla Grande airport but please do not use the airport address as your drop off.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
